The buildings look good, the insides are beautiful, but the roads in between the driveways need maintenance. Cracks and chunks of concrete are missing in these areas.

I'm Terri Davis. I have lived here for 3 years. I am very happy with the apartments. I have met slot of nice friends and I enjoy all the get togethers. I feel Autumn is doing a tremendous job,she is always cheerful and ready to help anyway she can. Also Michael and Mark are great parts of the complex. I recommend this place to anyone interested.

We have a church service every Sunday at the Tregaron Community Building. I've never had any problem with anyone and everyone is welcome to come. The apartments, and the hallways to the apartments, have been well maintained. No holes, water damage or any other noticeable problems. Every resident I've met, have been extremely helpful and kind to my family and myself. The Community Building has been clean and seemed to me to be well kept. The kitchen area and the men's restroom have what was needed to function. The water ran and got warm and the toilets flushed. They have a work out room, computer room and a little collection of books that are clean and seemed to be well maintained.

Love my apartment but upset with maintenance. I am 78 years old and have to use a cane. Several problems in 1 1/2 years ive been there. First of all dishwasher and microwave are vey old and i expressed concerns after i moved in. First microwave has rust spots in door and i dont know if that can cause problems with breathing etc. It works so so so they wont replace. Dishwasher they put a can of something it to clean it out and dishes never come clean. I have tried 3 different kinds of soap and have always totally cleaned dishes before i put in dishwasher. They still come out with a greasy film on everything. I have complained several times and about 3 months ago asst manager was in on different complaint and i had left greasy dishes in for several months and finally had a chance to show him how greasy it was. This was about 3 months ago and he agreed it needed to be replaced. It still hasnt happened!!!!i know that he is overworked and. He is asst, mgr and tries really hard. BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH HELP. In the 1 1/2 years I have been there they have had 4 differrent managers. None stick around. There are 300 apartments and beside asst mgr they have one maintenance man who is only part time. They have 3 different properties! This winter was particularly difficult. First snowfall, i was parked in handicapped spot and it took me 45 minutes to shovel one side of my car so i could get out. This was 3-4 days after the snow. I just didnt go anywhere til i had to!! We had 50 inches of snow over winter and the did not shovel between cars or in front of cars .in front they piled snowon grass in front of patio doors and there is a drainage ditch between our building and one next to it and snow removal co. Filled that ditch with 10 FEET of snow from the parking lot. So when it started to get warm and snow began to melt, the front apartments began to fill with water And carpet and drywall had to be removed as well as the hallway down to my apartment. I got a lttle water in my bathroom that seeped under from next door apartment. When they finally put sandbags in front of front patio doors that finally dried up. The hallway has new drywall and has been mudded but still not painted two months later. Ive been told that 35 apartments have had these same problems. So I understand that they are overworked, but dont think these are my problems. My rent was raised when i renewed my lease in February. AND i love my apartment and would love to stay there til the hearse comes. I thought this was my last move! I had been in my last apt 12 years and told manager I was there til the hearse came! But son who lived near me got transferred to Mn and started to have some health problems so needed to move across town to where my other two sons live. And that is when i came to Tregaron Oaks. Again, i love my apartment but the snow problem is more than i can handle and raising the rent also causes me problems.i live on $1535 social security. Try to pick up some extra here and there to make it work. But its a constant struggle. I take good care of it and have it decorated beautifully even though my furniture is 30-35 years old. I take good care of everything. Have planted flowers both last year and this year and receive lots of complements on my patio area. So dont want to move but inaction on your part may leave me no choice.

I live here. Apartments are nice. Full size appliances. But since Without bought this property things have gone downhill. Sidewalks don't get shoveled in winter until noon or sometimes the next day.

I have lived here for 6 yrs and I am very happy. Of late I've had multiple issues that was taken care of immediately. Id like to thank Michael our emergency service person for being not only an experienced young man in doing his job, but a kind, considerate, trustworthy, and caring person as well. I've thought many times about leaving but have always reconsidered.

Tregaron Senior Residences is a totally awesome place to live! The management team are very friendly, caring and helpful. The maintenance is something one dreams about! They promptly fix most problems within hours rather than days, weeks, or never! There are so many activities to participate in that one has really interesting, creative and cool things to do every day of the week. I love my apartment because it is completely handicap accessible, with large windows that let so much natural light in my living space. If you like beautiful landscaping, you will love Tregaron Senior Residences! It is peaceful, calming and perfect with pine and deciduous trees. I like how close to shopping, dining, medical care, entertainment , and the country we live! I feel joy and happiness living here, and intend on staying a long, long time! Roxie
